Lange Ticket Service was a division of Lange Transportation & Storage Ltd (www.langeshow.com), a Toronto-based transportation and logistical management company devoted to providing specialized transportation solutions to trade shows, consumer shows, and special events.

Designed as a concierge-style service focused on excellent customer service, we provided the opportunity to speak with a live person to inquire about availability, venue information, seat location, and features like VIP or Platinum access benefits. Special requests could easily be accommodated through our large network of season ticket holders and membership access at many of the venues. This meant that if there was something you were looking for that we did not have in hand, we would do our best to source it through our many trusted contacts.

We stood behind the tickets that were sold through our service 100%.

Our mission was to be an honest and reliable service for individuals and businesses looking to obtain tickets for events. We also worked with sellers in finding homes for their additional available tickets.

We strived to provide access to sport event and concert tickets at a reasonable mark-up of $25 to $50 over the cost to obtain the ticket.

Our Locations

Lange Ticket Service originally operated out of Mississauga, Ontario, alongside the Lange Transportation & Storage business.

In 2021, when the transportation business relocated to Etobicoke, Lange Ticket Service moved with it and continued operating from the same location.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, the ticket industry changed significantly as venues transitioned to mobile and digital tickets. With physical ticket handling becoming a thing of the past, Melissa transitioned to working from home, where Lange Ticket Service continued to operate remotely and serve customers throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

By the end of the business in 2026, Lange Ticket Service was entirely home-based — a fitting final chapter for a business that had evolved alongside the ticket industry itself.
